InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed the official Accommodation Management Company for the ALA Queensland Conference 2027.

Special rates have been negotiated on behalf of delegates at the conference venue, the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast and the Imperial Hotel, Gold Coast.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by the hotel and not by ALA or InHouse Event Solutions.

Terms and conditions: It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast

Set directly on the sands of Main Beach, the conference venue, the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast offers a luxurious beachfront resort experience surrounded by tropical gardens and sparkling lagoons. Delegates can unwind in the heated lagoon pools and swim-up bar, enjoy the 24-hour Sheraton Fitness Centre or relax with direct access to the beach. The resort features four restaurants and bars, including Terraces Restaurant and Pearls Bar, while rooms, suites and villas offer elegant interiors with garden, lagoon or ocean views.

HOTEL FEATURES & AMENITIES: Restaurant & bar, heated outdoor pool, fitness centre, beach access and complimentary Wi-Fi.
BREAKFAST: Full buffet breakfast for 1 person is included in the rate, additional breakfasts are $38 per person if pre-booked, discounted from $52.
CHECK IN: 3.00pm, CHECK OUT: 11.00am.
EXTRA PERSON: A $100 per night charge is applicable for a third adult or rollaway bed (adult or child) inclusive of full buffet breakfast, with a maximum of one (1) rollaway per room.
PARKING: Self parking $25 per day or $50 per day for valet parking.
CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION: $100 per room at check in.

Accommodation options:

Mirage room - $325 per night including full buffet breakfast for 1
Deluxe room - $410 per night including full buffet breakfast for 1
Premium room - $560 per night including full buffet breakfast for 1
Suite - $976 per night including full buffet breakfast for 1

Cancellation and Payment terms

Cancellation terms: Any bookings or individual night/s cancelled within 30 days of arrival (approximately 11 January 2027) and no shows, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the accommodation total to the credit card provided.
Payment terms: The credit card provided will be charged 100% of the accommodation 36 days prior to arrival (approximately 5 January 2027).

Imperial Hotel Gold Coast

Located opposite the conference venue, Imperial Hotel Gold Coast offers the ultimate luxury hotel experience you would expect anywhere in the world. The hotel boasts a stunning waterfront location, breathtaking architecture, lavish accommodations, and Italian craftsmanship across the hotel, paired with exceptional service and an ambience of pure sophistication. Additionally, you can indulge in award-winning restaurants, The Beauty Room, a fitness & wellness center and the first water salon cabana experience in Australia.

HOTEL FEATURES: Restaurant, bar, pool and fitness.
BREAKFAST: $30 per person if pre booked, discounted from $42.
PARKING: Complimentary self parking.
CHECK IN: 3pm, CHECK OUT: 11am.
CREDIT CARD PRE AUTHORISATION: $300 at check in for 1-3 nights, and additional $100 per night after this.

Accommodation options:

Run of house - $345 (Wed 10, Thu 11, Fr 12 Feb), $395 (Sat 13 Feb)

General Accommodation Terms & Conditions

The hotel's individual cancellation and payment terms will be available on the booking page, and a copy will be in the accommodation confirmation emails.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee and hold any reservation and will not be charged immediately.
The credit card must expire after the date of the event.
Payment for accommodation is separate to the conference payment and will be charged by the Hotel as per the terms and not ALA or InHouse Event Solutions.
The credit card may also be charged for any unsettled charges post stay.
Guests will be asked to pay for any incidentals upon checkout.
Invoices provided by hotels must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. After this, the credit card provided can either be used or the rooms will need to be cancelled.
Rates are expressed in Australian dollars per night and are inclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise).
Rates are applicable for up to two (2) guests (per bedroom). Please contact InHouse Events if you require additional guests/bedding.
All subsidiary charges (car parking, breakfast rates, etc.) are subject to change without notice.
Name changes are allowed.
Charges may apply to late checkouts.
